Abersoch hit the news recently…

‘A stretch of beach in North Wales is now one of the most expensive pieces of real estate in the UK.  When most people think about high priced property in Britain – well heeled parts of London spring to mind, where Russian oligarchs and Middle Eastern sheikhs battle with wealthy locals for home.   A strip of beach however  in Abersoch can match some of those leafy parts of the UK capital when it comes to the cost per square foot of real estate. A beach hut recently sold for £160,000 — so what makes Abersoch so appealing?’

Personally we all love it… Relaxed and informal with beautiful beaches, this small village attracts families back year after year, with many people owning second homes there – some of those on The exclusive Warren, https://www.haulfrynholidayhomes.co.uk/our-parks/north-wales/the-warren/

There are a number of campsites and also bed and breakfasts.  We can recommend the Venetia, located in the main village and a short walk from amenities and the stunning bach.  https://www.venetiawales.com/

There are a handful of restaurants in Abersoch – but do book early!   Alternatively a BBQ on the beach is always a big hit!

For those of you looking for a break in the UK, Abersoch must up there on the list.  Go on – give it a try…
